| Abstract: | In social realities,law and morality are contradictory on one side and fusive on the other hand. No matter in what state it is,the orientation of socialist outlook of value and socialist stand must be strictly abided by.We must always promote and safeguard the authority of law,in the course of strengthening law system and observing legal procedure coordinate the relation between law and morality. |
