| 摘 要： | 通过实例和Monte-Carlo方法比较绝缘材料的截尾寿命试验数据和完全寿命试验数据作统计分析的结果，探讨像绝缘材料这样的高可靠电机产品在寿命试验或加速寿命试验下用截尾试验数据作统计分析的可行性。
