计算流体力学在清扫车仿真分析中的应用研究

摘    要:为了在生成物理样机前获取高速公路清扫车清扫效果的特性,应用计算流体力学(CFD)技术,实现了对高速公路清扫车气路系统流场的仿真分析。基于有限容积方法采用了非结构网格和k-e湍流模型,给出了气路系统流场的仿真模型和典型气路系统的优化设计,如改变吸盘的水平截面形状,改变料箱的隔板形状和位置,并对优化设计下的CFD仿真结果进行了详细深入的讨论,分析了吸尘系统、除尘系统的设计优化以及二者的相互影响。研究表明利用CFD技术结合具体工程对流场进行仿真,能够有效的对清扫车虚拟样机气路系统进行优化分析。

Abstract:In order to attain the sweeping character of the highway mechanical sweeper and optimize its structure before it is manufactured, simulation analysis of the flow field in the gas system of highway mechanical sweeper was realized by using computational dynamic fluid (CFD) technology. Un-structured meshes were used to generate grids and the k-e model was used to simulate the turbulent flow based on the finite volume method. Structure optimizations of the typical gas system were gained, such as redesigning the horizontal section of the suction mouth, and modifying the shape and position of the obstacle in the dustbin. The CFD simulation results of the structure optimizations were also deeply discussed. It is shown that application of CFD on the flow field simulation, associating with the engineering specific, is effective on simulation analyses and structure optimizations in the design of gas system of highway mechanical sweeper.
