| 摘 要： | 通过对陕西、四川两省公路边坡水毁的调查分析，指出边坡水毁对公路交通的影响较大，是引发交通中断的一个主要原因。根据塌方量及其对交通的影响，提出了边坡失稳灾害的快速等级划分方法，为减灾救灾决策提供依据。将边坡灾害发生时间与暴雨的时间分布进行比较，认为公路边坡灾害与暴雨的关系密切。通过中长期天气预报预测区域公路边坡水毁时间、等级，通过短期降雨预报并结合公路边坡工况，可进行公路边坡的灾害预警。

| Abstract: | Through an investigation of highway damage in flood seasons in Shaanxi and Sichuan provinces, it was found that highway slope slide can cause bad highway traffic jam. After analyzing the gathered data, a new slope disaster grade is plotted out to quickly identify the disaster scale. It was pointed out that slope disaster is related to rainstorm in space-time aspect by comparing their period and quantity. The highway slope disaster can be predicted by developing a warning system with weather forecast. 6 figs, 6 refs. |
