| 摘 要： | 应用淋巴细胞体外活化模型和流式细胞分析技术，观察异体角膜体外对人外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞ＣＤ２８分子表达的调节和ＦＫ５０６对Ｔ淋巴细胞ＣＤ２８表达的抑制作用．结果显示：空白对照组Ｔ淋巴细胞ＣＤ２８表达为２１．３％；受异体角膜或ＰＤＢ刺激后，Ｔ淋巴细胞ＣＤ２８表达分别为５２．４％和８１．４％，同时加入ＦＫ５０６的实验组，Ｔ淋巴细胞ＣＤ２８表达分别为２４．５％和４１．９％·结果表明异体角膜体外能够刺激Ｔ淋巴细胞ＣＤ２８分子表达，ＦＫ５０６体外能够明显抑制Ｔ淋巴细胞ＣＤ２８分子表达和活化．

| Abstract: | To observe the regulation of allogeneic cornea on CD 28 molecular expression of T lymphocytes in human peripheral blood in Vitro and the suppressive effect of FK506 on CD 28 expression of T lymphocytes,T lymphocytes activation model in vitro and flow cytometry analysis were applied.The results showed that CD 28 expression of T lymphocytes was 21.3% in the control group;after stimulated by allogeneic cornea or PDB,it was increased to 52.4% and 81.4% respectively,and while it was suppressed by FK506.It was decreased to 24.5% and 41.9% respectively.These results indicated that allogeneic cornea stimulated CD 28 molecular expression of T lymphocytes,and FK506 had obviously suppressed it and also suppressed activation of T lymphocytes. |
