| 摘 要： | 文化育人是高职院校能力育人的潜在命题。如何选择文化的形态并发挥文化的功效，对于高职教育的可持续发展具有重要意义。通过浙江金融职业学院“三维文化”育人体系的例证，结合高职的文化特点，针对性地提出了高职院校文化育人所要达到的学生人格走向、从业素养和求学环境和谐统一的路径。

| Abstract: | Educating students by culture is a very good means carried out in higher vocational colleges. How to select cultural ideology plays a significant role for sustainable development of higher vocational education. Taking the 3-D cultural system of Zhejiang Financial Professional College as an example and considering cultural features of higher vocational colleges, the thesis points out a way for educating students by culture in higher vocational colleges, including a harmonious unity of students' personality development, career requirements and environment for study. |
