摘    要:采用杨树进行植物修复盆栽试验,通过氯仿熏蒸和Biolog研究了五氯酚(PCP)污染土壤的根际微生物特征。土壤微生物量碳的测定结果表明较高浓度(100 mg.kg-1)的PCP施入土壤后对杨树根际土壤微生物种群造成了一定程度的伤害,降低了土壤微生物的总体活性。AWCD及6类碳源的利用程度表明一定浓度范围内的PCP污染对杨树根际土壤微生物的某些菌种会产生一定的刺激作用,从而增强某些底物碳源利用率。此结果与土壤微生物量测定指标不一致,这可能与Biolog ECO板的碳源有限性及其他影响显色的因素有关。

Abstract:Rhizosphere microorganisms characteristics of the PCP contaminated soil repaired by Poplar were invested in a green house pot experiment,by chloroform fumigation test and Biolog technology.Soil microbial biomass carbon results of different PCP concentration treatment indicat that higher PCP contaminated concentration(100 mg·kg^-1) has poisoned soil microbial population and reduced microorganism activity in rhizosphere soil of the tested poplar.Values of average well color development(AWCD) and the calculation results of different six type carbon course utilization of different pentachlorophenol concentration treatment results show that a certain PCP concentration could stimulate some special microbes' growth,which would increase the utilization of some substrate carbon course.The trend was different from the change current of microbial biomass carbon which may be related to the limited carbon sources of Biolog ECO plate and other impacts of the color change.
