水平井筒两相流压力计算模型

摘    要:对水平井筒变质量分层流动进行了微元段流动分析,根椐气相和液相的连续性方程及动量方程,忽略加速度的影响,得到了气、液两相的混合动量方程,并由此建立了水平井筒变质量气、液两相流动的压力梯度模型,该模型中考虑了流体从油藏到井筒流动的影响。利用已有的处理水平管分层流动的方法,计算了考虑流体沿水平井筒有径向流入时水平井筒的压力分布。因为水平井筒上不同点的生产指数不同,所以,本模型更接近于实际。对沿井筒的压力降和流入剖面进行了实例计算。结果表明,随着水平井半径的减小,压力降逐渐增大,从而产生了不均匀的流入剖面

Abstract:Differential section flow is analyzed on the two phase stratified variable mass flow in the horizontal wellbore, and momentum equations for gas liquid mixture are obtained in terms of each mass and momentum equations by neglecting acceleration effect. A pressure gradient model for the horizontal wellbore variable mass flow is presented. The inflow effect from reservoir to wellbore is concerned in this model. A former method for dealing with the stratified flow is used to calculate pressure distribution in the horizontal wellbore when the radial inflow through the wellbore is taken into account. This method can discribe the real conditions because the productivity index is a variable at different points along the horizontal section. It is an improvement to the model proposed by Dikken. Pressure drop and inflow profile along a wellbore is calculated. The results show that pressure drop will increase as wellbore radius decreases, which results in un even inflow profile.
