摘 要: | 分析了模块化多电平换流器(MMC)的工作原理和故障特性,搭建了基于MATLAB/Simulink的五电平MMC故障仿真平台,对子模块中IGBT器件的开路、短路和高阻等故障状态进行模拟,总结出发生不同故障时输出直流电压、子模块电容电压和交流侧三相电流的变化特征,可为MMC故障诊断与故障模块定位提供参考。

Abstract: | This paper analyzes the working principle and fault characteristics of modular multilevel converter (MMC) and builds a five-level MMC fault simulation platform based on MATLAB/Simulink. Open circuit, short circuit and high impedance faults of IGBT devices in a submodule are simulated, and the variation patterns of output DC voltage, capacitance voltages of sub-modules and three-phase AC currents when IGBT has different faults are summarized, which provides the reference for MMC fault diagnosis and location. |
