金属振动切削的数值模拟研究

摘    要:针对材料高速切削过程提出基于耦合欧拉-拉格朗日表述的有限元模型.该模型在消除网格畸变、无需网格再划分和应用分离准则的条件下,由材料塑性流动控制切削过程中切屑材料的分离行为,突破了拉格朗日方法中预设切屑材料沿直线轨迹分离的局限性.研究表明,该模型可用于材料振动切削过程的数值模拟研究.本文主要针对该过程中切削力、加工表面完整性、切屑形貌及其转变等行为进行模拟研究.

Abstract:A numerical model was put forward based on the coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian formulation. The model eliminates the influence of mesh distortion and the limitation of separation line method in Lagrangian approach. The chip separation from the workpiece machining surface was assumed to be caused by the plastic flow of material. As a result, this model is capable of simulating the vibration cutting process effectively. Under different cutting conditions, calculations of vibration cutting process was performed of Ti6Al4V alloy were performed. Effects of tool vibration was investigated on the cutting force, the machining surface integrity of workpiece, the chip morphology and the behavior of the transition from continuous chip to serrated chip were investigated.
