摘    要:作为语篇研究的主要概念之一,衔接能够使语篇结构严谨、逻辑清晰。而衔接理论如果应用到写作中,可使作文结构紧凑、思路明晰,清楚地表达写作者的观点。中国学生英语作文存在许多问题,衔接理论在英语写作教学中的应用可分为衔接标记、主位结构和信息结构两方面。衔接理论运用到写作课堂,能够提高学生的写作水平、促进中国英语教学改革。

Abstract:As one of the most important term of discourse analysis,cohesion is a way to achieve the tight structure and clear logic of a text.The application of cohesion theories to English writing will ensure the tight structure and clear logic of the writing products.English writing of Chinese students face many problems.The application of cohesion theories to English writing classes can be analyzed from the perspective of cohesive markers and the perspective of thematic structure and information structure.The implementation of cohesion theories in English writing teaching can advance the writing ability of Chinese students and promote the reform in English education in China.
