| Abstract: | In this paper,the author expounded structure, craft technology and a-Si deposition equipment. Aiming at market present situation of technology and enterprises of thin film, the author analyzed reasons of fluctuation and change of thin film.Finally,the author prospected application of BIPV thin film in future city construction. |
