| 摘 要： | 中小型建筑施工企业的生存和发展面临着极大的挑战。面对当前的发展现状,分析了中小型建筑施工企业建立企业文化的必要性,指出了中小型建筑施工企业应如何构建自己的企业文化,把企业价值观人格化,从而形成自己的品牌,实现可持续发展目标。
