米邦塔仙人掌多糖的提取条件研究

摘    要:仙人掌作为药用食用已具有悠久的历史,许多研究表明,从仙人掌中提取出来的多糖具有明显的抗衰老、消炎、抗癌和降血糖等作用.文章通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了浸提剂、液固比、浸提时间、浸提温度对米邦塔仙人掌多精提取效果的影响,结果表明,0.15mol/L H2SO4提、液固比15、浸提时间4h、浸提温度70℃为提取多糖的最佳组合。

Abstract:Opuntia has centuries-old history for medical and edible uses, and a lot of researches indicated that polysaeeharides extracted from Opuntia have some positive effects on human health, such as preventing senescence, curing inflammation, preventing cancer and lowering the blood glucose level, and so on. The effect of extracting agent, the ratio of the solvent, extracting time, extracting temperature on extraction of Opuntia Milpa Aha polysaecharides are studied in this paper. It indicates that extraction of 0, 15mol/L H2SO4, the ratio of the solvent 15, 4 hours and 70℃ is the best combination for polysaeeharides extraction in reults.
