摘    要:摘要:10kV并联电容器组是广泛应用于电力系统的输配电环节的主要无功补偿装置,其中普遍采用的结构形式为分体框架式,一般由多台电容器联接成双星形后再接入系统。外熔断器是直接与电容器串联的保护器件,实际运行中,熔断器自身非短路开断是电容器组附件中故障率最高的。本文分析了熔断器在非短路开断过程中的电气特性,推导了开断时的等效电气模型,分析了故障过程中电容器组的各支路电压、电流的相位规律。利用并联电容器组实时监测装置的故障记录数据验证了分析的正确性,并提出了降低熔断器引起电容器组故障率的建议。

Abstract:Abstract: A shunt capacitor bank at a 10kV bus is the general compensation equipment using in the transmission and distribution of power grid. Most of the compensation bank has the framed structure, which is including several capacitors. A fuse is the direct protector connecting with a capacitor in series. The default of fuse is the highest default ratio of the accessory of capacitor bank in application. In this paper, the abnormal fusing electric characteristic of fuse is analyzed. The model of fusing arc is deduced. It is given that the rule of the voltage and current could appear in the capacitor bank. And more, the analysis is validated by the real-time fault record using the monitoring equipment of shunt capacitor bank. The proposals to reduce the capacitor bank fault are put forward.
