静电加速器可视化自动控制系统设计

摘    要:将可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)应用于静电加速器控制系统.针对静电加速器的特殊结构,在不同的电压区分别设置PLC及其I/O设备,构成分布式控制系统.在地电位区,通过在上位机中利用STEP7编写控制程序实现加速器的运行控制,并采用WinCC实现控制系统的可视化管理;在高压区,采用光纤和红外线通信传输控制信号.整个系统的可靠性、安全性和可维护性得以大大提高.

Abstract:Pragrammable logical controller is applied in the control system of electrostatic accelerators. By considering the special structure of the accelerator, PLC and I/O equipment are set in different voltage area. Distributed control system is composed.In earthy area,operation control of the accelerator is realized by STEP7 program complied in host computer. WinCC is used to realize visual control management.In high-voltage area,optical fibre and infrared ray are used to transmit signals. The reliability, security and maintainability of the whole system are enhanced greatly.
