| Abstract: | This paper expounds the necessity and positive significance of establishing the subject librarian system in university library,points out that the establishment of the subject librarian system is an inevitable result of library's facing the challenge and carrying out the reform under the information environment,and advances some models of carrying out the subject librarian system and some measures for talent's cultivation and protection of the subject librarian system. |
