Abstract:
Based on the series of MFD rotating machinery real time condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, a portable data acquisition and condition monitoring analysis system are developed. The centronics port of either notebook or desktop IBM compatible computer is used to communicate with the system. It can overcome the difficulty in compatibility caused by expanded box of notebook computer. The 8 channel signals are acquired in synchronous mode in order to obtain a group of compared phase. With an AC/DC separating and programming amplifier, the various vibration signals can be acquired directly. The system can be used anywhere because its power can be supplied with AC or DC. The software in the system includes data acquisition, dynamic balance and dynamic analysis diagnosis.
