摘    要:氟氯嘧啶型活性染料生产中存在的立要问题之一是与某些胺类反应收率低,活 化不完全。本文米用反相离子对色谱研究了氟氯嘧啶与胺类的反应及其水解反应, 并与三聚氯氰作了对比,以期找出最佳反应余件并提高反应收率。研究认为氟氯嘧 啶与胺类反应的最佳pH值为6~7; 三聚氯氰与胺类反应的最佳pH4为2~3. 发现提高氟氯嘧啶与胺类反应收率的有效途径是改善氟氯嘧啶的相分散状况。改善 搅拌形式或采用适当的多相催化剂可使该反应收率提高25%左右。

Abstract:A study on the reaction of the fluoro-chloro-pyrimidine, cyanuric chloride with the amines as well as their hydrolysis reaction by ionic pair HPLC is wor-ked out. The optimum conditions for the reaction of heterocyclic compounds containing fluorine atom with the amines to increase the yields of the reac-tion are studied. The optimum value for the reaction of the fluoro-chloro-pyri- dine with the amines is the pH range 6-7 . The optimum value for the reaction of the cyanuric chloride with the amines is the pH range 2 - 3 . The yields of the reaction have been increased with the help of the impro-vement for the shape of the agitator or the adoption for the heterogeneous catalysts.
