煤矸石制备高分子无机混凝剂工艺与原理

摘    要:介绍了用煤矸石制备几种无机混凝剂的工艺原理,分析了用煤矸石制备聚合硫酸硅酸铁铝的原理和最佳工艺条件.对聚合硫酸硅酸铁铝制备过程中的酸浸时间,硫酸亚铁催化氧化反应pH值、温度,制备活性聚合硅酸的聚合时间以及n(Fe+Al)/n(Si)摩尔比这些参数进行了分析.控制好煤矸石制备聚合硫酸硅酸铁铝工艺参数是制备聚合硫酸硅酸铁铝的关键.

Abstract:Gangue is one of the biggest pollution in our country. Gangue is used to prepare chemical coagulant and applied in environmental protection. This will turn waste into wealth, and use waste to manage waste. It is an effective and economic way to comprehensively utilize gangue. This paper introduces craft principles of several kinds of inorganic coagulant prepared with gangue, analyzes emphatically that principle and the best process conditions which get polymeric ferric aluminum silicate prepared by gangue.
