摘    要:分布式系统面临的一个关键问题是解决好进程间通信(IPC)协作.针对网络备份系统开发的实际需求,分析传统方式IPC方法的不足,提出基于数据库面向主题的进程间通信方法,解决备份系统中进程间通信协作问题.该方法中数据库负责消息的存储、管理和应用程序之间的通信;主题是应用程序之间通信所操作的实体,关于主题的信息存储在数据库中;多个应用程序连接到数据库,通过关联相同主题实现通信和资源共享.

Abstract:IPC is a key question of distributed system.According to the real requirement of Network Backup system development,this paper analyses the insufficiency of traditional IPC methods,and put forward an approach of database-based and subject-oriented IPC to resolve multi-process communication between processes are processed by database system..Where the subject is the entity(such as backup set) operated during communicating between applications and the information about subject is stored in database.Processes link to database and communicate with each other as well as share resources by associating to the same subject.The method is applied to NetBunker2 using the open source database system PostgreSQL and have the processes in the backup system integrated more effectively.
