基于交互式演化算法的陶瓷产品造型设计研究

摘    要:伴随数字技术发展,其应用范围已经扩展到各个行业包括陶瓷设计行业,因此提出基于数字交互式图像三维演化算法对陶瓷产品进行造型设计。首先,利用改进的马尔可夫随机场对陶瓷图像实现预分割,在该随机场中根据图像的连续性和约束性对分割图像的边缘信息实现保存,同时使该特性反映特征能量函数,并运用函数提高分割精度初步实现陶瓷图像立体匹配;其次,以图像立体匹配为基础对陶瓷造型实现表面三维重建,利用隐式拟合泊松三维重建算法,将陶瓷造型目标通过估计指标函数对其实现等值面获取,并得到三角化表面预估函数,利用指示函数梯度并构造向量域通过二者积分关系获得指示函数梯度,最后采用梯度重新计算指示函数完成陶瓷产品三维造型设计。实验证明,利用图像结合三维重建的交互演化算法可以较好地完成对陶瓷产品的造型设计。

Abstract:With the development of digital technology, its application scope has been extended to various industries including ceramic design industry, we proposed a digital interactive 3D image evolution algorithm based on ceramic product design. First of all, using the Improved Markov random field for image segmentation based on the realization of pre ceramic, in the random field according to the continuity and constraint of image edge information of image segmentation to achieve preservation, while the characteristics reflect the characteristics of the energy function, and using the function to improve the segmentation accuracy of ceramic image stereo matching; secondly, to image stereo matching based on the shape of ceramic surface 3D reconstruction, using implicit fitting Poisson reconstruction algorithm, the shape of ceramic target by estimating the index function of the isosurface acquisition, and three of the surface of keratinized prediction function, the indicator function and construct the gradient vector domain obtained by gradient integral exponential function relationship between the two, the to calculate gradient indicator function complete 3D modeling design of ceramic products. Experiments show that the combination of interactive three-dimensional reconstruction of the evolutionary algorithm can complete the design of ceramic products using this image.
