摘    要:以硝酸镧为原料、氨水为沉淀剂,采用简单低温沉淀法成功制备了氢氧化镧纳米降.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、热分析(TG-DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及透射电子显微镜(TEM)对纳米棒的相结构和形貌等进行了表征.在此基础上探讨了氢氧化镧纳米棒的生长机制以及温度对其形貌的影响.研究结果表明.六方相氢氧化镧沿C轴方向组装成棒状.且随着合成温度的升高.氢氧化镧纳米棒的长径比增大。结晶更完整.

Abstract:Lanthanum hydroxide (La(O H) a ), were synthesized by a simple low-temperature precipitation method with lanthanum nitrate as raw materials and ammonia as precipitating agent. The phase structures and morphologies of nanorods were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Thermal analysis(TG-DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Transmission electron mieroscopy(TEM). The growth mechanism of lanthanum hydroxide nanorods and the effects of temperature on their morphology were investigated. The result showed the growth of the six-phase lanthanum hydroxide was along the crystal direction, and the aspect ratio of lanthanum hydroxide nanorods increased with the increment of temperature.
