摘    要:本文研究了用CP—A型微机极谱法测定发锌的方法。本法采用HX—1型精密控温消解仪,以混酸消化样品。加入底液后,乙二胺与锌发生配合反应,配合物在滴汞电极上产生吸附催化波。发锌含量与峰电流强度呈线性关系。消化时间为90min,消化过程采用精密控温。检测限为20μg/L锌。发锌含量为97.0mg/kg时,变异系数为3.1%。加标值为100mg/kg的回收率为101.6%。

Abstract:The method for the determination of zinc in hair is studied by microcomputer polarography. The HX-1 degention instrument is used to deal the sampie by mix acid. The complex that zinc is reacted with etirendaiamain is absorbed to DME and produces the calalytic wave. There is a linear relation between thecontent of hair zinc and peakhighty. digesting time is 90 minutes. Linit of determination is 0.5mg/kg. When content of hair zinc is 97. Omg/kg,coefficient of variation 3.98 percent,rate of recovery 101.6mg/kg percent.
