| Abstract: | This paper deals with the flow behavior of melting ZL102 and HT200 in evaporative pattern casting process and discusses the effects of some factors including vacuum degree, pouring temperature, inner gate area, pouring patterns and mold structures upon the filling velocity whereby to find out its laws of mold fillings. The research results can also provide the reliable theory and experimental basis for the proper design of foundry technology of the evaporative pattern casting process and the prevention of defects occured in castings. |
