永登5.8级地震的震害与环境工程地质

摘    要:论述了永登5.8级地震灾害与滑坡的主要特征,以及自然环境,地质构造、岩土性质等对灾害的影响和控制。提出了环境工程地质是震害预测预报的基础;地震滞后滑坡将是震中区今后长期内的主要灾害。

Abstract:This paper has discussed the major characteristics and the influence and control of natural environment, geological structure,rock properties on its hazards of Yongdeng earthquake (Ms 5.8,July,22,1995).It has been advanced that the environmental engineering geology is the foundation of forecast and prediction of the earthquake hazards,and that the landslide induced will be the major hazard of the area around its centre for a long period.It is proposed that all the buildings to be constructed in this area should be far from the landslides and the cracked mounlains and that the villages on the top of the earthquake fault upwall should be moved from southside to northside of the valley,that is the safe area of the fault downwall.
