| 摘 要： | 将ISO9001国际质量管理体系引进教学质量管理中，构建了系统化、规范化、文件化的教学全面质量管理系统（Total Quality System of Teaching Management）．该系统由教学质量控制模型和教学质量理念系统、教学质量组织管理系统、教学质量管理制度系统、教学质量管理操作系统构成．教学全面质量管理系统的构建和实践时教学质量的持续提高发挥出了重要的作用。

| Abstract: | ISO9001 international quality management system has been introduced to the teaching quality management,and the systematic, standardized and documentary total quality system of teaching management has been established. The model is composed of the teaching quality control system model, the system of of teaching quality philosophy, the system of teaching quality management regulations and the system of teaching quality management operation. The establishment and practice on total quality system of teaching management have played an important role in improving the teaching quality continuously. |
