煤矿井下水害事故紧急避险系统的可靠性

摘    要:为有效预防煤矿井下水害事故,提高煤矿应急救援水平,实现对水害事故紧急避险系统的定量评价,建立煤矿井下水害事故紧急避险系统逻辑模型和系统可靠性数学模型,分析水害事故发生时各单元件间逻辑关系,并对其进行任务效率评价,计算各单元件及系统的可靠度.工程应用结果表明:在相同约束条件下,系统中各单元件并联时的可靠性大于串联时的可靠性;井下37#右采区发生水害事故时,系统可靠度为良.该研究为紧急避险系统设计提供了理论基础.

Abstract:This paper is specifically targeted at a more effective prevention of underground water disasters,an improvement in the emergency rescue level of coal mines,and a quantitative evaluation of urgent danger system tailored to underground water disasters.This specific evaluation is accomplished by the development of both logic model and reliability mathematical model designed for urgent danger prevention system of underground water disasters of coal mines,the analysis of the logical relationship among all elements involved in the case of underground water disasters,the evaluation of how efficiently the system works,and the calculation of the reliability of each element and the system.The engineering application demonstrates that,when given the identical constraint condition,every single element in the system has a greater reliability in parallel connection than in series one; the system boasts a better reliability,for example in underground water disaster prevention in the 37# right mining area of a coal mine.This research may provide a theoretical foundation for the design of urgent danger prevention system.
