大型径向可倾瓦滑动轴承热动力润滑性能的研究

摘    要:分析了径向可倾瓦轴承块支点位置的分布情况对轴承润滑性能的影响,提出了在大型低速重载条件下,可倾瓦轴承采用小包角瓦块及瓦块支点的非均匀布置方式有利于建立动力润滑油膜。针对瓦块支点非均匀布置情况,研究了三维瓦块弹性变形对轴承润滑性能的影响,结果表明:在重载条件下,需要考虑小包角瓦块的弹性变形对可倾瓦轴承热动力润滑性能的影响。

Abstract:The effects of tilting pad pivot distribution on the performances of journal bearings are analyzed. The paper presents that the small embrace angle of the pad and the non uniform pivot distribution are advantageous to improve the bearing performances under the low speed and heavy duty condition. The influence of the three dimensional pad deformations on the thermohydrodynamic lubrication is studied for the non uniform pivot distribution. The results show that the effects of the small embrace angle pad deformations should be taken into account on the thermohydrodynamic performances under the heavy duty condition.
