简论明代的社会救济制度

随着政治经济的发展,明代的社会救济事业有了较大的进步。官办的救济机构更加完善;民间的社会救助活动突破了以往个人的、零散的局限形成了地域性的组织机构,出现了我国古代民间慈善事业发展的高峰;特别是善书的出现,标志着我国古代的慈善思想发展达到了新的水平。由于当时历史条件的局限,明代社会救济措施仍具有很大的不确定性。
