摘    要:双师型教师的培养和学生顶岗实习是高职高专办学的两个重要指标,因此,很多高职院校都非常重视这两方面的工作。目前双师型教师的培养和学生顶岗实习都是相互独立的,很多学校的双师型教师的培养由于教学任务重和经费问题受到影响,而学生顶岗实习在管理上也同样出现问题,如果将两者结合起来,就可比较好地解决这些问题。文章以实践教学的理论为依据,结合边远地区高职院校的办学实际,探索出适合边远地区高职高专的双师型教师培养和学生顶岗实习相结合的模式.

Abstract:Bi-teacher training and student internships are two important indicators to the higher vocational schools. Many vocational institutions have attached great importance to tbese work. At present, teacher training and student internships are independent of each other. So some problems such as financial and management problems arise during the implementation of these work. These problems can be resolved if the two works are combined. According to the teaching theory, this paper explores the model of Bi - teacher Training and Student Internships, which is suitable to the higher vocational colleges in remote areas.
