| 摘 要： | 鄱阳湖生态经济区处于农耕、工业与生态等多元文明以及利益优化的发展阶段。要赢得生态比较竞争优势,需要突破现有发展状态,通过经济、生态与分配等效率路径,构建人才和本土资本激励机制、生态资源价值评估和补偿机制、城乡分配联盟机制,促进生态经济区发展模式创新。
