学分制管理的数据组织

摘    要:学分制的全面实施,有效地提高了教师和学生的积极性,促进了学校教改各方面的工作。同时,学分制又呼唤制度化的管理。计算机学分制管理系统则要求各种数据具有完整性、一致性、实时性和安全性。文章首先介绍软件开发过程中所涉及到的学生选课和管理数学模型,几个重要数据表的结构,然后以提出问题、解决问题的方式阐述了整个管理过程所需数据的收集、整理、更新、安全管理等方法,为以后学校学分制的科学化、现代化、制度化管理提供较为有效的数据组织方法。

Abstract:With the overall application of the Credit System in colleges and universities, the teachers' and students' enthusiasm for work has been greatly aroused, as a result, everything goes smoothly. However, the systematic management is badly needed. The management software of credit system should be complete, accordant, renewable and safe. This article is intended to introduce a mathematic model involved in students' course options and management in software creation. It also presenst a structure of a few important diagrams of the software. By raising questions and finding ways to the problems, this article illustrates the ways of statistic collecting, arranging, renewing and safely managing so as to provide effective ways of statistic arrangement for making the management of the credit system more scientific, modernized and systematic.
