| 摘 要： | 通过对政府投资工程项目代建制管理的风险的分析，指出政府投资建设项目具有委托代理风险、项目前期风险、合同履约风险、人力资源风险等风险因素，最后针对“代建制”存在的风险提出了应对建议。
