| Abstract: | It is emphasized that the power expansion is the source of corruption.It is shown that the imperfect market economy is the soil of corruption and the power alienation is the main reason for corruption.Perfecting the mechanism of trial and supervision is an important method of preventing the corruption of judicature. |
