| 摘 要： | 介绍一种超细拉丝机的自动控制系统.采用新一代PLC,利用PLC的速度检测、数值运算、传送比较、数字显示等功能,实现拉丝速度控制.并描述了能自动适应不同产品规格和不同拉丝速度的张力控制方法及其程序流程图.

| Abstract: | An automatic control system of ultra-thin wire draw bench is presented. By using such function of the new PLC, as speed detecting, arithmeritic calculating, moving, comparing, data display etc. , speed of wire drawing can be controled. And, the automatic teasion control method and its flow chart of program is described, which are fit for ultra-thin wire with different diameter at different speed. |
