超声方法检测感光乳胶中气泡的实验研究及检测装置

摘    要:本文介绍检测感光乳胶中气泡的实验研究及检测装置的原型.由于不能使用通常的光学方法,故采用超声方法是合适的.而其中又以非多普勒方法更为简单与费用低廉.实验结果表明,所设计的装置能可靠地检测直径小至0.2亳米的气泡,极少漏报与虚警.

Abstract:In this paper an experimental study of gas bubble detection in flowing liquids and a prototype of detection devices are described. The ultrasonic method is more suitable for detecting gas bubbles in photosensitive emulsion than the optical approaches. Of all the ultrasonic methods, the non-Doppler ultrasonicone is the simplest and most inexpensive. The experimental results show that the gas bubbles down to 0.2mm in diameter can be detected by the device with little false or miss.
