摘    要:以Zn(CH3COO)2及NaOH为原料分别运用超声法和水热法制备两种不同形貌的纳米氧化锌颗粒,通过进一步反应制得了相应形貌的过氧化锌,并经过将过氧化锌进行180℃高温处理.运用X射线粉末衍射、紫外—可见漫反射吸收光谱等技术对所得产物基本物理性质进行了表征;同时以液相中的罗丹明B作为目标物,考察了所合成的光催化剂在紫外光下的光催化性能,发现两种不同形貌的ZnO纳米晶体和进一步合成的纳米ZnO2及高温处理后晶体都具有光催化活性,但不同形貌同一物质光催化活性不同,且在紫外光下用超声法得到的花状纳米ZnO对有机染料的降解效果更显著.

Abstract:This paper studied the preparation of different morphologies of ZnO and ZnO2 particles using Zn (CH3CO()) 2.2H20 and NaOH as raw material under the different conditions such as ultrasound and hy- drothermal synthesis. At the same time using X ray powder diffraction (XRD), UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (U V-Vis DRS) technology, the composition, structure and basic physical properties of the photocatalyst are characterized . Using Rhoda mine B in the liquid phase as the target, the photo catalytic performances of the catalysts under UV light are studied. The main conclusions are as follows., the ZnO and ZnO particles or flower particles prepared show better photo catalytic activity in the degradation of RhB under UV light. Compared with Zn02 Nan crystals, ZnO prepared using ultrasound and hydrothermal synthesis shows the better photocatalytic activity due to its better crystalline.
