不完美品质的单周期逆向物流库存订购策略

针对逆向物流中有关产品质量的不确定性,以Koh所提出的回收产品再制造库存模型为基础,假设回收产品与外购新产品中均有不良品,发展出总成本最小化的逆向物流库存模型,并采用数理方法及Maple 8软件求得最优经济订购批量与最小库存成本,最后进行了数值研究以及敏感度分析证明了所提出的求解算法的有效性.

Inventory Model with Imperfect Quality Item for Reverse Logistics in Single Cycle

In order to solve uncertainty about product quality in reverse logistics, based on Koh＇s remanu- facturing inventory model, this paper assumes that recycled products and purchased new products all have imperfect qualityies. The formulation treats the two inventories as interdependent parts of a total system, and jointly determines the optimal lot sizes for the recovery and the procurement process. A mathematical model and program is developed to derive the minimal cost, and finally numerical example and sensitivity analysis are given to analyze the key factors in the system.
