| Abstract: | The paper is a general study on the circuit and system theory on its development and the state of art. It has been point out that the circuit and system theory has a great influence upon the development of modern science and technology and the development of economy. The evolution and background of the development of the circuit and system theory are presented. The developmental procedure from the circuit theory to the circuit and system theory is also expounded. |
