摘    要:引入团队分享和协同效应,将个人激励与团队激励相结合,在显性激励模型的基础上考虑声誉激励的影响,建立多阶段员工激励模型,得到了引入声誉机制能够实现团队协作以及帕累托改进的条件,并且员工讨价还价能力越强,团队协同效应越大,越容易实现团队协作和帕累托改进。分析了基本工资、绩效工资、协同效应和团队分成等显性激励因素对员工努力程度及团队协作的影响,结果表明:基本工资对员工和团队都没有激励作用,绩效工资率和团队分享率越高,员工在本职工作以及在帮助其他员工上的努力程度越高,团队合作程度也就越高。最后,通过算例验证了所得到的结论并对参数的敏感性进行了分析。

Abstract:In this paper,a multi-stage incentive model which combines staff incentive and team incentive is established by introducing synergistic effect and team sharing.In this multi-stage model,the staff’s career concern is taken into account.Conditions for achieving team cooperation and Pareto improvement are derived.It is indicated that,the synergistic effect and the possibility to achieve team cooperation and Pareto improvement are both enhanced as he staff’s bargaining power increaed.The effect of fixed wage,performance salary,synergistic effect and team sharing on staff’s efforts and team cooperation are also analyzed.It indicates that,the fixed wage is unatle to inspire either staff or the team.The performance salary and team sharing are not only able to inspire staffs to work hard,but increase synergistic effect among staff and inspire team cooperation as well.Finally,the effectiveness of the model is validated by a numerical example with sensitivity analysis on parameters.
