完善当前死刑复核程序的几点思考——以《刑事诉讼法》(修正)为背景

On the premise of the new Code of Criminal Procedure, it is necessary to do the theoretical analysis of the status of the death penalty review procedures, and to seek improvements contra posing its deficiencies.
