社会主义初级阶段论与“中国道路”

怎样结合国情认识社会主义和处于社会主义何种阶段,是每一个社会主义国家面对的一件生死攸关的事情。在艰难曲折的探索中,列宁提出了一个"初级阶段"的观点,邓小平提出了两个"初级阶段"的观点。中共十三大报告首次作出中国处于社会主义初级阶段的论断,并进行了初步阐述,同时据此概括出建设中国特色社会主义的基本路线,形成了"中国道路"的轮廓。十五大报告系统地阐述了中国特色社会主义的经济、政治、文化纲领,将"中国道路"具体化。十八大报告指出社会主义初级阶段的基本国情、主要矛盾、国际地位"没有变",为坚定不移走"中国道路"重申了依据。但是,要落到实处,必须重视新情况下的社会主义初级阶段理论的研究和传播。

The Primary Stage of Socialism Theory and Chinese Road

How to understand socialism and the stages of socialism related to national conditions is a crucial and urgent question met by every socialist country. In the research process, Lenin has proposed a point of ＂primary stage of socialism＂ and Deng Xiaoping has proposed two views on ＂primary stage of socialism＂. The 13th CPC National Congress gave the first statement on Chinag primary stage of socialism as well as its interpretations, based on which generalized the basic line of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, depicting the outline of Chinese Road. The 15th CPC National Congress has illustrated systematically the Chinese characteristic creeds of economy, politics, and culture which specify the Chinese Road. The 18th CPC National Congress has pointed out that the fundamental realities of China, the principal contradictions and international identity in the primary stage of socialism have not changed which reiterated the strong belief in pursuing Chinese Road. In order to place all the thoughts, it requires research and populating of the primary stage of socialism under new conditions.
