广东省青少年竞技健美操技术水平现状与发展对策

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、现场观察法、访谈法、数理统计等研究方法对参加广东省第二届体育大会健美操比赛少年组运动员的基本情况及单人操项目比赛成绩资料进行分析,调查目前广东省青少年竞技健美操的技术水平现状.结果表明:训练机制不完善、选手间技术水平差距悬殊、基本功不扎实、男运动员偏少、性别比例失衡等因素是目前影响广东省青少年竞技健美操项目开展和技术水平提高的主要因素.

Research on the present situation and coun rmeasures for technical merit of sports aerobics for teenagers in Guangdong

In order to investigate the present situation of technical merit of sports aerobics for teenagers in Guangdong, this paper analyses the fundamental states of the athletes and results data of aerobics for singles in the second aerobics competition for juniors＇ class in Guangdong by using the research method of documentation, questionnaire, field observation, interview and mathematical statistics. The results show that the main problems which influenced the technical merit of sports aerobics for teenagers in Guangdong lie in the imperfect of training system, a great disparity in athletes, lack of basic skills, the smaller number of male athletes and the unbalance of sex ratio.
