所校合一型高职院校如何留住骨干教师

摘    要:通过对所校合一型高职院校师资队伍建设现状的描述,就骨干教师流失原因进行剖析,通过举例法、比较法等提出若干解决措施,强调了应该通过环境留人、制度留人等综合措施留住骨干教师,推动教学质量全面提高、培养模式全面创新、科研学术水平全面提升、产学研结合办学模式全面深化等建设任务。

Abstract:In this paper, through description of the present situation of teacher construction for higher vocational college which is the unity of research institute and college, the author analyses the reasons for backbone teachers' draining and puts forward some solutions by examples and comparisons. The backbone teachers can be kept through environmental, system and other comprehensive measures. In this way, can the college improve the teaching quality, innovate students cultivation models, upgrade research and academic standards, and deepen the integration and combination of production-study-research.
