How to Retain Backbone Teachers for Two-in-one Mode Higher Vocational Colleges with the Unity of Research Institute and College

In this paper, through description of the present situation of teacher construction for higher vocational college which is the unity of research institute and college, the author analyses the reasons for backbone teachers＇ draining and puts forward some solutions by examples and comparisons. The backbone teachers can be kept through environmental, system and other comprehensive measures. In this way, can the college improve the teaching quality, innovate students cultivation models, upgrade research and academic standards, and deepen the integration and combination of production-study-research.
