沙尘暴发生的历史规律及其防治

近年来，我国沙尘暴天气无论是从出现频率、范围还是强度上，都呈上升趋势。沙尘暴的发生有其历史规律，它的兴衰既与气候波动有关，更与人类的经济活动破坏了生态环境平衡有关。最大限度地控制住人为破坏，同时针对自然情况采取对策，可控制住沙尘暴的肆虐。

The Occuring Regularity of Sandstorms and Its Prevention

In recent years,the sandstorms weather often occured in our country and its frequency range and strength is on a ascending trend.By tracing back the sandstorms in some regions,we found that it is the climate fluctuation and even destroyed ecological balance by mankind economical activities that caused the rising and declining of the sandstorms.It is not impossible to control the sandstorms persecution only if we do our best to restrain manmade destroying and in the meanwhile take effective countermeasures in accordance with natural situations.
