数字化条件下期刊学术不端的新特点及应对措施

数字化是当今期刊的一大特点,也是其发展、壮大的必然趋势,更是其市场化的必然选择。在这种条件下,期刊的学术不端行为也出现了新的特点,主要有＂四化＂,即：形式多样化;手段隐蔽化;人员复杂化;甄别艰难化。同时,针对学术不端的这些新特点,提出了5条相应的应对措施,即：提高编辑的素质;发挥编委会的职责;制定严厉的惩罚制度;建立信息共享的平台;反思现有的评价模式。

The New Features of Journal Academic Misconduct and Countermeasures under the Digitization Situation

Digitization is one of the major features of present journal, developing trend and inevitable market choice. Under this condition, there appear new features of academic misconduct, namely： diversification of forms; concealment of means; complication of persons; difficulty for discrimination. Five corresponding measures are given against these new academic misconduct, namely： improve the editor＇s quality; fulfill the duties of the editorial board; set the severe punishment rules; establish information sharing platform; reflect on the existing evaluation models.
