| Abstract: | China administrative law enforcement on public security is facing a series of new problems at the new stage of new century.To resolve these problems,the police's old idea as well as their roles in the law enforcement should be changed.In addition,it is necessary to reform the system of administrative permit on public security,improve the public security legislative construction and better plan the working system of the administrative law enforcement on public security. |
