| Abstract: | This paper discusses the differeces between the assets operation and capital operation, the relationship of capital operation and products operation as well as the conditions for enterprises to carry out capital operation. An enterprise has to pay main attention to full utilization of its assets and build up its superiority so as to make solid foundation for capital operation. |
