| 摘 要： | 本文对住宅小区开发建设的几个现实问题进行了研究 ,及未来发展趋势作出分析。文章认为 :住宅小区建设规模要适度以取得良好的环境和经济效益 ,要进行小区规划设计优化 ,对居住者的各种需求进行充分的社会调查 ,以创造真正适合人们居住、环境优美的生活环境。

| Abstract: | In the article, several realistic questions about developing construction of residential district have been researched and the developing tendency in future have been analyzed Author considers:that the construction scale of residential district must be properly obtained better environment and economical beneficial result, must make optimum seeking design for the plan residential and make be social investigation for the various requirements of dweller, so that the dwell of people and the beautiful living environment will be truly created. |
